WHEN IN GEAR, FORWARD AND BACKING UP, COASTING, THE TRUCK SHAKES LIKE IT IS MISSING OR SOMETHING IS OUT OF BALANCE * BURNT SPARK PLUG CYLINDER 5 CONFIRMED CONCERN-CK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND TRUCK IS MISFIRING WHEN DRIVING CAUSE FEELING THAT SOMETHING IS OUT OF BALANCE. PERFORMED VISUAL-NO CONCERNS FOUND. RETRIEVED CODES-P0316 AND P0306 RAN OASIS-NO NO RELATED TSBS OR SSMS RELATED TO THE CONCERN. PERFORMED POWER BALANCE TEST-CYLINDER 5 WAS DEAD AND MISSING AT IDLE AND UNDER LOAD. PERFORMED MISFIRE TEST-CYLINDER 5 WAS MISFIRING CONSISTENTLY PERFORMED VISUAL OF CYLINDER FIVES SPARK PLUG AND COIL PACK. SPARK PLUG WAS VERY BURNT AND HAD SMALL CHIPS MISSING FROM THE GROUND ELECTRODE. FOLLOWED THE WSM TO REMOVE AND INSTALL A NEW CYLINDER 5 SPARK PLUG  FOR THIS TYPE OF SETUP/NGK LTR7IX-11 SPARK PLUG CLEARED CODES AND KAM AND RETESTED. THE VEHICLE IS NO LONGER MISFIRING AT THIS TIME AND DOES NOT FEEL LIKE ANYTHING IS OUT OF BALANCE. THE VEHICLE IS NOW OPERATING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME.
THERE IS STILL A SHUDDER COMING FROM THE TRANSMISSION WHEN DRIVING. * test drove TCC in torque converter fails to lock & hold correctly shudder & slip under load at 50-60 MPH; intermittent loss of com. with H0/2 sens#l bank #2; found chaffed wire harness at the back of ENGINE. removed transmission & replaced converter test drove no further slip or shudder; removed intake to access chaffed harness; repaired main engine harness reinstalled intake & cleared codes
AT 65 TO 70MP:-1 AND DRIVING STEADY SPEED WITH SLIGHT ACCELERATION ON AND ESPECIALLY ON A INCLINE THERE IS A BOOMING NOISE AND A VIBRATION THAT WI LL OCCUR SEE HISTORY VEHICLE HAS HAD EXHAUST CHANGED BACK TO FACTORY . DID NOTICE SLIGHT IMPROVED AND CHANGES WHEN REINSTALLED APPOINTMENT SET
UP FOR TOMORROW WITH GMC REP * REPLACE BOTH MOTOR MOUNTS AND TEST DRIVE VEHICLE. VEHICLE STILL HAS THE VIBRATION  4067150 7 . 0 REPLACE RIGHT MOTOR MOUNT. OLH 2.5 DIAG AND REPLACE LEFT MOTOR MOUNT
CUSTOMER STATES VEHICLE HAS A SHUTTER WHEN GOING AT A STEADY SPEED (30-40MPH AND 67MPH) * PERFORMED GOS-2 DIAGNOSTICS FOR SHUDDER NO SHUDDER FELT AT CONCERN SPEEDS NO DTCS ROAD TESTED BY FRED SERVICE MANAGER NO CONCERN DUPLICATED
THE TRANSMISSION IS SHUTTERING CUSTOMER STATES THAT WHEN AT LOWER SPEEDS AND FIRST STARTING OUT THE TRANSMISSION WILL SHUTTER. * INSPECTION COMPLETED.
WHEN APPLYING GAS-VEHICLE IS SHUDDERING * TEST DROVE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE
TCC SHUDDER AT 45 MPH FOUND BULLETIN
19-NA-121 ADDRESSING OWNER'S CONCERN
PERFORMED TRANSMISSION FLUID EXCHANGE
PER BULLETIN 19-NA-121, NOW WORKING AS
DESIGNED
THERE IS A VIBRATION STILL IN THE DRIVE TRAIN * test drove over 100 miles, monitored TCC sol. & converter lock-up operation; also shift times & pressures all trans. adapts are normal, TCC &
the converter is operating correctly no slip or shudders detected or seen on GDS; some tire vibration felt.no transmission repair required; rotated & balanced all 4 tires; found 3 out of balance reset air pressures & TPMS
CAR SHUDDER DURING LIGHT THROTTLE ACCELERATION BETWEEN 3RD AND 4TH GEAR * TECH 516 TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE AND FELT A SHUDDER AT 4 0-45 MPH. TECH PERFORMED BULLETIN :# 18-NA-355 AND FLUSHED THE OLD FLUID WITH THE NEW MOBIL ONE FLUID. TECH THEN VERIFIED THAT THE FLUID LEVEL WAS WITHIN SPEC. BULLETIN ADVISES TO DRIVE 200 MILES BEFORE SHUDDER IS COMPLETELY
ELIMINATED.
TRANS SHUDDER ON TAKE OFF AND UP SHIFTS * Performed transmission diag and slip test. Trans passed shudder test, reset trans adaptive learning strategy. Working as designed
THERE IS STILL A VIBRATION. * swap wheels & tires; test drove with GDS monitored cyl. deactivation system; the customer is noticing deactivation; this is a symptom of complaint after converter replacement no required repairs; explained cyl. deactivation & proper operation of the system to the customer; no further issues to address at this time customer is satisfied with diag. & findings
CUSTOMER STATES VEHICLE HAS A SHUTTER WEN GOING AT A STEADY SPEED (30-40KPH AND 67MPH) * PERFORMED GDS-2 DIAGNOSTICS NO DTCS ROAD TEST TRANSMISSION OPERATING AS DESIGNED DUE TO TORQUE MANAGEMENT AND ADAPTIVE LEAR SHIFT SYSTEMS. NO REPAIR ATTEMPTED ROAD TEST BY FRED SERVICE MANAGER
WHEN DRIVING 40-50 MPH FEELS A SHUTTER

TRANSMISSION IS SHUDDERING/JUMINING WHEN TAKING OFF. * Inspected vehicle for shudder concern, verified
concern upon test drive. Confirmation of concern indicated that the vehicle is exhibiting a transmission concern, will proceed to follow bulletin #19-NA-121: Shake and/or Shudder During Light Throttle Acceleration Between 25 and 80 MPH (40 and 128 KM/H) at Steady Speed - (Mar 30Installed 19417577 : N-FLUID (O88OO-BOPCKT) prepped transmission for fluid exchange procedure. flushed 20qts out of the transmission and exchanged with updated fluid, flushed transmission lines and set transmission level to specification, proceeded to reevaluate the concern, verified that the vehicle is now operating as designed, recommendations are to drive the vehicle 500 miles to let the transmission learn new shift patterns.
AT RANDOM TIMES THE TRANSMISSION SHUTTERS THEN MAKES A CLUNK NOISE * Installed 19417577 :N-FLUID (08800-BOPCKT) perform transmission service with updated fluid
