C/S check engine light on * p 1507 - 00, p2459-00 p2271-00, p056e-00, p0301, p0302, p0305, p0306,  ш0300 inspected restriction on crank case and fund none.  Took fuel sample end performed now test 600 ml at high pressure pump had no way to test Ñ?Ðตrtain value so drained fuel anyway and put fresh fuel in it and made very little difference performed cylinder ... test and found #5 to be dead no matter what so removed both upper covers to valve assembly for valve inspection and clearances and found #5 intake push rod out of place laying there with some scaring on and going to rocket shaft removed rocker and inspected and used bore scope to look at lifter no visual damage other than push rod and rocker that Ñ?Ðฐme apart... recommend push rod replacement and rocket shall assembly.
Replaced push rod and rocker shaft assembly, then started reassembling the motor. After assembling the motor Checked for codes cleared codes and started
the motor and test drove to verify proper operation and performed after treatment verification test to make sure vehicle goes into regen properly before returning to customer VR also replaced air filter

test kit. performed pressure test from purge line and
filler neck and then performed vacuum test. round pressure test to tan rrom purge line and fuel filler. removed fuel tank assembly and filler neck and tested out of car. soaked down top of gas tank and other hoses with soapy water, found tank and could not perform independent test of purge line from valve to canister due to no adapters, ordered a purge line. proceeded with getting fuel tank hot by sitting it outside and trying to duplicate a driving condition and reperformed pressure/vacuum test and found the leaking at top of fuel pump test and assembly with soapy water- could not distinguish whether the top of the assembly or seal, have both coming to test seal first then Proceed as needed

check engine light and oil lights are on, oil leaking * correction: 42841 found oil pressure switch leaking into the valley of the engine and the transmission. the oil had also tracked up the wires to make a leak appear like it was leaking from the front of the engine. removed the surge  tank, intake maniford, fuel line and fuel injectors to replace the oil pressure switch. installed new pressure switch. reinstalled everything else, bled the coolant system because some had to be drained out to get to the oil pressure switch, completed.

THE CHECK ENGINE/SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON * 39970 See previous R.O.: vehicle was just in for coolant repair inspection - no leaks were detected. Verified customer concern of engine MIL illumination. Performed Pathfinder diagnostic code read: P268-1C injector 3 circuit high and P0274-1C injector 5 circuit high stored and requesting MIL illumination. Checked all injector connectors
and associated wiring: no abnormalities are present. Pin dragged injector connectors to 3 and 5 and terminal tightness is good. Ran cylinder misfire identification application and vehicle is currently
running fine at this time. Performed short drive cycle with misfire monitor running and no issues are present. Cleared DTC's and road tested next day from cold start and customers concern is not currently present. Will need vehicle to fault in order to pin point area of concern. Also recommend finding out what work was done and what components were replaced to back track and see if the concern is in anyway related to prior work performed. Customer was contacted and would like to take vehicle back at this time.

THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON 99 MISC REPAIR * 99 MISC REPAIR. Verified customer concern and found, that the vehicle would not crank any start. Found that the: vehicle was. not recognizing the keys:/ 4 either. Pushed in and inspected for codes. Found codes for U1489 inplausible data from RFH and U11B9 for lost of communication with RFH Inspected all connections at the RFH, all connections good, removed, and disassembled PDC- and found wires in-the C1 connector of the PDC that:: had a poor pin related to RFH wiring. Repaired harness, reassembled and reinstalled PDC, and/continued testing.  Find that -the vehicle would:  start intermittently. Verified that the RFH internally shorted and replaced RFH Reprogrammed keys and tire. sensors and verified that the vehicle drove normally with no issues.

to .2 ohms. Ohmed out both injectors and 0.20 ohms are present in both injectors. Followed DTC help index and removed and replaced cylinder
bank l/#3 and bank 2/#5 injectors. Cleared DTC's and performed 2 consecutive road tests. Re-test: no DTC's are currently present or pending at this time.

Replaced EDM after diag done with Karma assistance, when replacing EDM. found contactor welded and burned other components, karma asked to replace these items, CSM. Harness and solid bat to contactor. Karma expressed concerned that MIL may trigger after repair due to a time clock error because of CSM beign replaced without BECM. put the vehicle back together, test drove, charged battery. MILO is back on. after a small diag. concluded that BECM needs to be replaced, ordered, and will replace BECM. 3. replaced BECM, no communication after repair, tried to reprogram multiple times with same results, karma assisted and we came to the conclusion to remove the battery again and recheck my work.
4. removed the battery to check work, all plugged in properly, karma asked to put the new module back in 1st and see if it works the 2nd time around, if not. to try the original module, put a new module back in. tried to program the module, still same results with no communication. I will remove the battery again and install the original module back into out had no programming and were in other words blank. 8. received BECM to plug-in-play, powered up and working properly still having DTC codes after startup 9. Found RTC time incorrect 10. Performed RTC rest using Karma program tool directly with Karma Engineer 11. Reset all systems cleared DTC and performed 10 key cycles 12. vehicle operating as design at this time with no DTC Parts.

THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. * VERIFIED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. FOUND A P0442 FOR THE EVAP SYSTEM SMALL LEAK. RAN THE EVAP SELF-TEST THROUGH PATHFINDER AND FOUND NO LEAKS WITH THE HANDHELD GAS DETECTOR. REMOVED THE LEFT REAR WHEEL AND ARCH LINER. FOUND ALL HOSES TO LOOK GOOD. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE DMTL PUMP
FOR INTERMITTENT FAILURE. RAN THE EVAP SELF TEST THROUGH PATHFINDER AND FOUND NO LEAKS WITH THE HANDHELD GAS
DETECTOR. REMOVED THE LEFT REAR WHEEL AND ARCH LINER. FOUND ALL HOSES TO LOOK GOOD. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE DMTL PUMP FOR INTERMITTENT FAILURE.

LEVEL IN SAM, REVIEWING HISTORY VEHICLE WAS JUST IN FOR COOLANT LEAK AND OVER HEATING, REPAIRS WERE MADE COOLANT WAS TOPPED OFF AND DRIVEN 18.5 MILES BY TECH AND FOREMAN NO MESSAGES, FAULTS OR MISFIRES AT THAT TIME, CUSTOMER PICKED UP AND DROVE 26 MILES AND IS NOW BACK FOR LOW COOLANT AND CHECK ENGINE, DUE TO RECENT HISTORY AND WHAT WAS FOUND SUSPECT DUE TO PREVIOUS OVERHEATING LEFT CYLINDER HEAD
GASKET MAY BE LEAKING CAUSING COOLANT LOSS AND MISFIRES, REVIEWED WITH FOREMAN, SHOP FOREMAN WILL CHECK FURTHER AND DETERMINE COURSE OF ACTION. Compression & cylinder leak test
& # 7 has 85 psi compression. Drain all fluid, disconnect battery. Lower engine, transmission on subrame with table. Separate transmission from engine & disassemble & remove both cylinder heads. Can see coolant on valves from
consumption cylinders 6,7 ,8. Measure heads for warpage & both heads warped from over heating. Order 2 cylinder heads which are sourced from Germany. 9/28/20 Assemble new heads with new valves, springs, guides, lifters. Install both heads on block & torque to spec. On 2nd stage of torque
threads pulled out of block.(ALL PUNCHES FOR 9/24/20 SPENT ON REPLACEMENT HEAD) foreman opened PTSS case # 151312 & spoke with FTS. Engine now has to be replaced. PTSS cannot give clear answer as to remove new heads. Advised to open РÐ?С workbench case. Part director spoke with РÐ?С. РÐ?С also has no answer about weather to remove new heads. Foreman also spoke with AOM. Awaiting answer. 10/5/20 Warranty states to return original engine with New heads. Ordered long block 9/30/20 & engine is sourced from Germany. 10/7/20
new long block arrived. Remove both turbos from original engine & install on new long block (2) transfer PS pump, AC compressor, Alternator, All belt driven accessories, Engine harness, Left side motor mount( mount was broken). Code injectors, Reassemble complete engine, fill with fluids,
clear all codes. Road test 20 miles & no codes returned TECH 374 PERFORM 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE

7.20 found dtc for faulty control valve, tried replacing control valve found that it comes part of turbo, so replaced turbo.
