Verified customer concern. Replaced LH Upper Rear Door Glass Assembly. Replaced RH Upper

LEAKING WATER IN10 HEADLINER WITH THE RAIN (Interior Concern ) * SUNROOF DRAIN PASSAGES CLOGGED WITH DEBRIS. TECH 14 DIAG FOR WATER LEAKING ONTO HEADLINER CENTER AREA. REMOVED OVERHEAD CONSOLE AND "A" PILLAR TRIM FOR ACCESS TO FIND WATER LEAK, NO LEAKS FOUND FROM SUNROOF OR WINDSHIELD.
RAN WATER OVER SUNROOF AND SOME OVERFLOWED IN TO LEFT "A" PILLAR AREA. INSPECTED AND CLEANED OUT SUNROOF DRAINS AND RETEST, WATER NO LONGER ENTERING VEHICLE TESTED WITH SERVICE
WRITER TO VERIFY REPAIR. RETEST ALL OK AT THIS TIME.
WATER IS IS LEAKING IN ON THE DRIVER∙S SIDE
SETTLING ON THE FLOOR BOARD * performed leak test with water hose and leak checked windshield and doors and sunroof, found that sunroof drains are draining slowly and causing water to back up into vehicle cleaned out both sunroof drains, all checks good at thistime
REAR SEAT CARPET HAS 2" OF WATER * 28277 Confirmed customer complaint, water in back seat carpet area, mostly on passenger rear side, removed front seats, rear seats, center console and die interior trim panels. Removed carpet and carpet pad. water tested vehicle and confirmed leak was coming from forward sunroof drains, found drains to be blocked, cleaned drains according to service action 60E5. replaced carpet and carpet pad. reinstalled all interior trim and seats, cleared all faults, road tested vehicle to confirm everything is operating as intended, vehicle drives normally at this time, no further water leaks found.
roof is leaking on the rear passenger side * Verified concern replaced right rear falcon wing door cantrail after repairs performed multiple water tests and car wash no water entering vehicle working as expected. Seal - Body - Side - Rear - Primary - RH (Remove & Replace)
THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE IS WET - ESPECIALLY BOTH SECOND ROW FLOOR BOARDS. * 31785 Confirmed customer complaint, water has saturated the carpet. Performed water test, found water to be coming from headliner near rear of sunroof, checked sunroof drains and found rear drains to be clogged, cleaned drains and water tested, vehicle no longer has a leak. Removed
Front and rear seats, removed all interior trim, removed center console, removed carpet, removed Jute, removed headliner. After removal of front grab handle and both visors, retaining clips for all are comprised and need replacement, reinstalled the headliner and upon drying found that there was water stains so replacement will be needed, replaced headliner, replaced carpet and jute, grab handle and both visors, reinstalled center console and all trim, installed front and rear seats, performed GFF. cleared all incidental codes and road tested vehicle, vehicle drives as intended, no further leaks found.
WATER COMING IN ON THE FRONT PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE FLOORBOARD NEAR DOORS AND REARVIEW MIRROR AREA. * malfunctioning front sunroof drain valves stuck closed and stained sunshade diagnosed and water test vehicle and found front drain valves stuck closed, replaced both front sunroof drain valves, removed headliner and removed sunroof frame and replaced sunshade assembly reinstalled all parts and water test vehicle again, removed all trim panels for headliner and removed lower front carpet trim and found water under carpet, dried vehicle and all is ok, road test vehicle
