reinstalled front wheels, removed and reinstalled front wheelhouse liners , removed and reinstalled front bumper , removed and reinstalled front oil cooler, removed and replaced ac condenser , reassembled all parts , performed front assist calibration , performed test drive , released vehicle.
|UPON INSPECTION TECHNICIAN IDENTIFIED THE COOLANT CAP AS NOT BE HOLDING PRESSURE. * CC BG CP C2P17700 DRIVE-IN DRIVE OUT. UPON INSPECTION FOUND A COOLANT LEAK WAS. FOUND THAT THE RESERVOIR CAP IS LEAKING COOLANT. PERFORMED PRESSURE TEST ON COOLANT CAP AND CAP FAILED PRESSURE TEST. REMOVED AND REPLACED COOLANT CAP. PERFORMED ROAD TEST, OUT MILEAGE 5054, IN MILEAGE 5060. CONFIRMED THAT THE COOLANT CAP IS NO LONGER LEAKING COOLANT.|
