Intermittent open circuit in the starter motor. REPLACE STARTER MOTOR RETEST OPERATION OK ROAD TEST NO FAULTS NOTED.
REPLACED FAILED PUMP RELATED TO CUSTOMER MAIN CONCERN * check and found raw fuel in evap and purge lines removed and replaced fuel pump for failed valves.
THERE WAS A NO CRANK. NO START ON SATURDAY - VEHICLE HAD SAT FOR JUST FOUR DAYS * 2431 Charge and test battery on GR8 and battery tested good. Perform parasitic draw test on vehicle and no draw on system over week testing. Drive vehicle and let sit for diagnostic purposes to emulate customer driving and parking and let vehicle set and draw on system max 7 to 12 milliamps . Battery voltage stayed above 12.6 volts entire testing.

THE ENGINE WILL NOT CRANK TO START * THE ENGINE IS LOCKED UP AND WILL NOT TURN OVER. REMOVED VALVE COVERS AND COMPONENTS LOOKED OK. REMOVED OIL PAN AND FOUND 04 MAIN BEARING WORN. REMOVED ENGINE WITH TORQUE CONV STILL ATTACHED AND DISASSEMBLED. FOUND #7 ROD BEARING WORN AND WELDED ITSELF TO THE CRANK NOT ALLOWING ENGINE TO TURN OVER. DISASSEMBLED ENGINE AND CLEANED ALL PASSAGES. INSTALLED NEW CRANKSHAFT AND ALL MAIN AND ROD BEARINGS. REPLACED #7 ROD REPLACED OIL PUMP AND CAM ACTUATOR DUE TO SCORING. DURING ASSEMBLY FOUND STARTER BURNT FROM TRYING TO TURN A LOCKED UP MOTOR OVER. REPLACED #7 SPARK PLUG DUE TO BEING FOULED OUT. FOUND WATER PUMP LEAKING FROM WEEP HOLE WHILE REPLACING THE GASKET. FLUSHED OIL COOLER AND CHANGED OIL 4 TIMES DURING
TEST DRIVES TO VERIFY VEHICLE OPERATING NORMALLY. NO CODES SET AND DRIVING AS DESIGNED.
ENGINE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM REDUCED. VEHICLE HAD A HARD TIME STARTING UP. * unable to verify complaint no code support this complaint at this time
TOWED IN , SLOW CRANK, NO START. * VEHICLE TOWED IN FOR SLOW CRANK, NO START CONDITION. TECHNICIAN JUMP STARTED THE BATTERY, AND PERFORMED A DRAW TEST ON THE VEHICLE OVER NIGHT. VEHICLE PASSED THE DRAW TEST. TECHNICIAN VERIFIED THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CHARGING SYSTEM AS WELL. TECHNICIAN USED THE ROTUNDA BATTERY TESTER AND FOUND THE THE PASSENGER SIDE BATTERY HAD A DEAD CELL AND FAILED THE TEST. TECHNICIAN PROVIDED PRINTOUTS FOR BOTH BATTERYS AND REPLACED THE PASSENGER SIDE BATTERY. REPAIR COMPLETE

MONITORED FUEL DECAY AND VERIFIED NO FUEL
INJECTOR/FUEL PUMP BLEED BACK. NO PROBLEM
