WAS SLIGHTLY PULLING TO THE RIGHT, ALIGNMENT WAS OFF TO ONE SIDE CAUSING IT TO PULL TO THE RIGHT, PERFORMED FRONT END ALIGNMENT. VEHICLE NO LONGER HAS A PUL 26870201 1.1
NO LICENSE PLATE ALIGNMENT * (CLASSIC/LOWERED/LIFTED PER HOUR)
IF ALIGNMENT IS WITHlN SPEC AND
NO ADJUSTMENTS NEED TO BE MADE OR THE VEHICLE CANNOT BE ALIGNED DUE TO AN ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE. THERE IS A 50%
CHARGE FOR THE ALIGNMENT CHECK AND INSPECTION
vehicle pulls to the right Customer states the steering wheel Is not straight. * Found that the truck Is pulling to the right and the front tires are starting to get uneven wear. During further drag. and Inspection found that both front-wheel hubs have excessive play In then and are worn/damaged and will need to be replaced. Completed replaced both front wheel hubs and performed alignment to set the front toe, and centered the steering wheel. Completed test drive.

WHEEL ALIGNMENT. PRINTED ALIGNMENT WORKSHEET. WHEEL PUTTING VEHICLE UNDER LOAD, VEHICLES STEERING WHEEL MAY TURN A LITTLE BIT WHICH IS NORMAL CAUSED BY UNEVEN AXLES.

ALIGNMENT INSTALLED BRAKE PEDAL HOLDER, PERFORMED SWEEP, INSTALLED
STEERING WHEEL HOLDER, CHECKED RIDE HEIGHT AND PRESSED TOE. ADJUSTED
REAR AND FRONT TOE. FOUND FRONT RIGHT CAMBER OFF CAUSING CONCERN.
RECOMMEND PERFORMED CAMBER BOLT REPLACEMENT AND ANOTHER ALIGNMENT.
VEHICLE IS STILL PULLING TO THE PASSENGER SIDE AND WOBBLES WHEN STARTING * COULD NOT DUPLICATE A WOBBLE. DURING TEST DRIVE VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT MAJORITY OF THE TIME, CREDIT TIMES IT DID NOT TO ROAD CONDITION. ALL NEW ROAD SURFACES DROVE FINE ON.

THE VEHICLE IS PULLING TO THE LEFT WHILE BRAKING AROUND 30 M PH * FOUND WORN LEFT OUTER TIE ROD AND ALIGNMENT IS OUT. ALSO FOUND 2  ECCENTRIC CAMBER ADJUSTMENT BOLTS STRIPPED. PERFORMED ROTATION, REPLACED LEFT OUTER TIE ROD, 2 CAMBER BOLTS, AND PERFORMED 4 WHEEL THRUST ALIGNMENT. VEHICLE DRIVES STRAIGHT ALSO WHILE BRAKING AT THIS TIME.
CUSTOMER STATES THE TRUCK HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE ALIGNMENT PULLS
PAST 65MPH AND VIBRATES * DIAG 50 PART ON ORDER.

4WA CUSTOMER REQUESTS TO PERFORM 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT. * MOUNTED ALIGNMENT HEADS ON ALL FOUR WHEELS AND PERFORMED FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT CHECK. ADJUSTED FRONT/REAR SUSPENSION AND STEERING ALIGNMENT ANGLES INTO SPECIFICATIONS. ENSURED STEERING WHEEL IS IN A LEVEL POSITION. TEST DROVE AND VERIFIED PROPER ALIGNMENT.

FRONT END ALIGNMENT * FRONT END ALIGNMENT
BOLT SNAPPED OFF AXEL PASSENGER-SIDE REAR. * VERIFIED THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN OF A RATTLING NOISE COMING FROM THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL. ONCE THE CENTER CAP WAS REMOVED THE HEAD OF ONE OF THE AXLE BOLTS WAS FOUND ROLLING AROUND IN THE CENTER CAP CAUSING THE NOISE. CHECKED REMAINING 7 BOLTS AND THEY WERE TIGHT. BROKEN BOLT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN CRACKED FOR AWHILE BASED ON THE RUST LINES OF WHERE IT BROKE. REMOVED RIGHT REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND AXLE SHAFT. WELDED A NUT TO THE BROKEN BOLT AND THEN EXTRACTED IT. INSTALLED A NEW О RING ON THE AXLE AND INSTALLED 8 NEW BOLTS AS REQUIRED IN WSM. CONCERN IS NO LONGER PRESENT.

WHEN DRIVING IN THE CITY THE AUTO HEADLAMPS  Will NOT TURN DOWN TROM THE HIGH BEAM SETTING AND OTHER DRIVERS FLASH THEIR LIGHTS AT HIM. * NO CODES WERE FOUND. NO BULLETINS MATCHING CONCERN. SYSTEM OPERATING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME. NOTE TO CUSTOMER: MAKE SURE THE FRONT VIFW CAMFRA IS NOT
OBSTRUCTED BY DTRT OR BUGS. CAMERA LOCATED AT TOP OF WINDSHIELD BY REAR View MIRROR.
