WHEN DRIVING AROUND 60-70 MPH THE VAN RANDOMLY BRAKES * Test drove the vehicle, mileage out was 29265 to 29275, time 11:25 to 11:40. Did not duplicate complaint. Connected SDS, connected battery.  charger/ performed the short test, codes U0416FD for implausible data received front traction unit in the left rear radar sensor, U140D0O for implausible wheel speed signal was received in the left rear radar sensor. No codes for this are stored in any other module. Note if the vehicle was not transmitting vehicle speed causing these codes, I should have similar codes in the right rear radar module, esp control unit and engine control unit, which I have none. This indicating that the left
rear radar sensor is not translating the signals correctly internally causing the codes. Left rear radar sensor internally shorted. Removed the bumper cover and left side corner trim panels to
access the left rear outer radar sensor control unit. Replaced the control unit - performed initial start-up, cleared codes- assembled and test drove- check ok

For the system to activate, the vehicle must not be moving, the driver safety belt must be buckled and the driver door must be closed. the ABS module receives the driver safety belt buckle status from the RCM, driver door status from the BCM. while brake system pressure and the wheel speed are received from ABS sensors. This information allows the ABS module to determine if the vehicle is stopped Once the previous conditions have been met the auto-hold feature can be activated When the switch is pressed, the HVAC module receives a ground signal from the auto hold switch and sends an auto-hold message to the GWM over the HS-CAN3 The GWM relays the message to the ABS module over the HS-CAN2. the abs module then sends a message to the instrument cluster through the GWM indicating the auto-hold feature has been activated and the instrument cluster illuminates the auto-hold indicator.

WE SENT THE CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED VIDEO CLIP AND ALL VEHICLE FREEZE DATA FROM THE VEHICLE TO RAD AT TECHLINE FOR HIS REVIEW. RAD SAID TO ORDER AND INSTALL A NEW GAUGE CONTROL MODULE. CLEARED ALL DTC'S FROM VEHICLE. INSTALLED NEW GAUGE CONTROL MODULE ASSEMBLY. SHOP FOREMAN TEST DROVE VEHICLE. VEHICLE TESTS ARE NORMAL AT THIS TIME.
THE LIGHTS OVER THE SLIDE OUT ARE HOOKED UP TO THE KITCHEN LIGHTS. ANY TIME YOU TURN THE LED LIGHT ON T1 IE BACKSPLASH THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS COME ON * cause:: auto# 344983 (0.5 HRS APPROVED)

FOUND THE ALL HAD THE FEM IN COMMON. WENT TO THE FEM AND PERFORMEDAPIN DRAG TEST ON PINS AT CONNECTOR A173*10B, FOUND SOME OF THE PINS WERE LOOSE. REPLACED THE PINS IN THAT CONNECTOR THEN EXTENSIVELY ROAD TESTED VEHICLE AND FOUND NO FAULTS RETURNED WHILE ROAD TESTING.

Original Complaint - Seatbelt and seat sensor issue. Winslow dismissed the issue putting blame on us. * Dl- no relevant faults stored. Unable to duplicate concerns. that the new washer that Atlanta installed shakes violently in use. * feet off level, washer rocking in compartment. Ran washer on spin cycle only (15 min cycle time). Found excess vibration transferring to coach. Noticed washer rocking in comp, most prevalent at higher spin speeds. Found front feet not set level. Removed washer stop block, removed front cover, lifted front of washer as much as possible in comp, began adjusting feet. Lifted and adjusted until rocking no longer present. Ran spin cycle again and found majority of vibration transfer has been eliminated. Reinstalled and secured front cover and stop block.
