PARASITIC DRAW TEST 0.150A. REMOVED TERMINAL 33 AT IPDM. PERFORMED
SYSTEM CK. BATTERY AND CHARGING SYSTEM OK. USING CONSULT CHANGED
BATTERY SAVER SETTINGS FOR ING AND ACC BATTERY TO MODE 4. ECM HAS THE
LATEST VERSION. PERFORMED PARASITIC DRAW TEST 0.02A AFTER ALL THE
REPAIRS AND SETTINGS CHANGED.

terminal 7 good power, then followed procedure of SI for DTC pl29f. as a reference use Document ID: 5120908. Tested for infinite resistance between the test points Control circuit terminal?8 @ Control module harness & Control circuit terminal?9 @ Control module harness, then Control circuit terminal?8 @ Control module harness & Control circuit terminal?24 @ Control module harness, then Control circuit terminal?9 Control module harness & Control circuit terminal?24 @ Control module
harness, infinite resistance found, as SI instructed inspected for  possible debris, restrictions in system, no problem found, replaced the Kill module, then cranked vehicle vehicle continued cranking but no
staring, also DTC pl29f set back, as instructed replaced the fuel tank fuel pump, then with the new Kill MODULE STILL INSTALLED, cranked the
vehicle and staring vehicle normally, found Kill internal failure, and as collateral damaged the A7 fuel pump, after replacement of A7 and Kill, vehicle cranking and staring according to specifications. charged regular time 0.5 for fuel pump module plus 1.0 diag, plus added 1.6 OLH for fuel pump replacement and 0.2 for the visual inspection for possible restrictions on fuel system***

CUSTOMER STATES INTERM VEHICLE WILL NOT START. CUSTOMER STATES WHEN VEHICLE WILL NOT START IT MAKES A RAPID CLICKING NOISE. * The vehicles starting system was tested. Battery and charging system was found to be operating normally. Battery passed load testing. No parasitic draw was measured and alternator current was within specified amperage. The vehicle was started 50 times throughout the day with no abnormalities observed. Starting voltage remained above 10.7 volts during each cranking cycle. Again, the vehicle did not exhibit any logs for start-ability malfunctions. The customers reported concerns were not substantiated during testing. No driveability concerns were experienced during testing. No defects to parts, materials or workmanship were observed. No repairs or adjustments were performed.

CASE, PERFORMED PHYSICAL LAYER CHECKS OUTLINED IN LI 54.10-P-069698 AND
INSPECTED ALL GROUND POINTS AND ALL CONNECTIONS AT ALL 48V COMPONENTS.
FOUND ALL CONNECTIONS AND GROUND SECURED AND PROPERLY FASTENED. NO
DAMAGE NOTED. UPLOADED ALL DRIVE CYCLE DATA FROM TIME OF FAULT EVENTS

Saw a pattern of an intermittent draw every 10-kilo seconds. Removed fuse 3 from rear fuse box and parasitic draw went away. Fuse 3 supplied powered TCU. Diagnosis faulty TCU causing a battery draw. Installed new TCU and programmed as new. Tested for a parasitic draw after TCU replacement, draw recorded, 15-20  amp draw, normal FRED auth 1207993
