A/C IS BLOWING WARM. * The condenser fan not functioning. Connect diagnostic equipment. HVAC control unit faults B17AE00 and B17AF00 both relating to compressor operation faults. Recover refrigerant and verify level (correct, 1.25 pounds). Evacuate and recharge system. Run system and monitor pressures. Low side drops as expected (approximately 30 psi), high side pressure very high (over 425 psi). Noted condenser fan not functional. Test fuses, no faults noted. Measure voltage at the fan, 13.45 volts across terminals, ok. Replace fan. Requires R&I front wheels, front inner fenders, front bumper cover and reinforcement, air box, and intercooler. Re-assemble, clear faults, and test system. Air conditioning operates as compared to like models at this time.
A/C UNIT DOES NOT COOL ENOUGH TO SUFFICIENTLY COOL RV-DIAG REPAIR. * Think that the thermal switch up inside the air conditioner is causing it to not read correctly because of the blow-by. Tested everything and repositioned the thermal switch or thermal reader so it is outside of ail the blow-by. 1.0 hrs for diag and fix.
A/С NOT COLD, INTERMIT. * Does not operate properly- Vis Inspection, the AC Is not cold intermittently. OASIS- Ref SSM No. 49377. FDRS Self-tested and WSM 418-00 Pinpoint tested. Monitored AC pressures and checked the refrigerant level, OK. Per SSM, found an issue with the connection as outlined to the compressor. Time to access and repair connection issue as outlined in SSM No. 49377. Retested, OK at this time.
