THEY NOTICED A RATTLING NOISE WHEN IDLING COMING FROM THE ENGINE BAY THEN THE ENGINE LIGHT STARTED FLASHING VEHICLE HAD NOW POWER AND THEN THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ONE ALSO THE OIL LIGHT. * verified concern noise coming from bell housing area suspect cracked flex plate R&R transmission and verified flex plate broken all the way around the center of plate found both dowel pins missing engine was replaced about a year ago replaced flex plate and installed 2 dowel pins routed all coolant hoses to their correct positions missing several mounting brackets for wire looms and turbo air tubes 7095C 2.9 6375A 7.4 6375AXQ .2 10.5 total

when starting up there is a rattling type sound in the engine. * UPON INSPECTION WAS NOT ABLE TO HEAR THE NOISE WHEN STARTING THE ENGINE OR WHEN SITTING IDLING.

CUSTOMER STATES VEHICLE IS RUNNING ROUGH. * Story; 41669 performed diag found noise coming from left engine
bank cylinder #3 removed valve cover to inspect push rods
and valve springs the were both good removed cylinder head
for left bank , found valve lifter rooler for cylinder #3
score and also notice more then normal oil in the cylinder,
and cam shaft was also damaged or scored . removed right
side cylinder head . front timing cover and oil pump and oil
pan to remove cam shaft and confirm damage replaced
camshaft. all lifters . head gaskets and both cylinder # 3
valve stem seals , assemble engine and test drove vehicle
it all checked ok .release vehicle to customer

ALSO NOTICE DURING WARM-UP IDLE EXTRA HIGH AND LONGER TO DROP IDLE. REPLACE SOLENOID AND RE-CHECKED DURING COLD START OK. NO NOISE AFTER REPAIRS
THE BLOWER MOTOR IS MAKING A WHISTLE NOISE (Electrical concern) * FOUND THAT WHEN THE BLOWER IS ON LOWER SPEEDS THERE IS A LIGHT WHISTLE/TICKING NOISE. AS THE SPEED IS INCREASED THE NOISE BECOMES MORE PROMINANT AND EASILY HEARD. I REMOVED THE BLOWER MOTOR AND INSPECTED FOR ANY OBSTRUCTIONS. NONE WERE
PRESENT MAKING THE NOISE INTERNAL TO THE BLOWER MOTOR- PRICED OUT NEW BLOWER MOTOR RECIEVED THE NEW BLOWER MOTOR AND REMOVED THE OLD BY DROPPING DOWN THE KICK PANEL ON THE
PASS SIDE AND REMOVING THE 3 T20 BOLTS. UNCLIPPED THE OLD BLOWER MOTOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW REASSEMBLING THE SYSTEM. TESTED AND VERIFIED THERE IS NO LONGER ANY TICKING/WHISTLE NOISE. THE MOTOR OPERATES AND SOUNDS AS IT IS DESIGNED
